30 days to return

You have 30 days after delivery to return your order. The product should be unused and in its original packaging.

How it works

1. Email us at info@nuvonail.com with your order number.

2. You will receive the return address and instructions by email.

3. Send your package back. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Your refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Did your order arrive damaged or does it not work properly? Let us know and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
