Return Window & ConditionNot happy with your NuvoNail? You have 30 days after delivery to send it back. It just needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Where to Send ItWe keep return addresses in the Netherlands, the EU, the US, and Australia, so you're never shipping it halfway across the world. Once we approve your return, we'll send you the closest address to use. You cover the cost of shipping it back. Getting Your RefundAs soon as we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. |
